Hubungan Kesesuaian Materi Discharged Planning Dengan Tingkat Kepercayaan Pasien Post Operasi Di Singkawang

Abstract

Absctract. :Meningkatnya masalah pasca operasi setelah pasien kembali kerumah berhubungan erat dengan lemahnya proses discharged planning. Kejadian infeksi, immobilisasi, dan nyeri pasca operasi bisa dicegah dengan pemberian discharged planning yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perawatan. Pelaksanaan discharged planning sering ditemukan tidak terstruktur dan mengabaikan kesesuaian antara pembelajaran yang disampaikan dengan informasi yang sebenarnya dibutuhkan pasien. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kesesuaian antara materi discharge Planing yang diberikan dengan informasi yang dibutuhkan pasien serta hubungannya terhadap tingkat kepercayaan pasien. Metode penelitian pada studi ini adalah deskriftif korelasional dengan rancangan penelitian cross sectional, pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner terhadap sampel penelitian sejumlah 32 orang, analisa data kuntitatif dengan cara menghitung persentase dan mencari hubungan antar variable dengan menggunakan uji statistik Kolmogorof Smirnov. Hasil penelitian didapatkan kesesuaian tinggi pada materi pembelajaran discharged planning pada pasien post operasi sebanyak 78%, tingkat kepercayaan pasien terhadap perawat didapatkan sebagian besar percaya yaitu sebesar 62,5%. Tidak ada hubungan signifikan antara kesesuaian materi discharged planning dengan tingkat kepercayaan pasien dengan nilai Asym.sig. (2-tailed ) 1,000. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah terdapat kesesuaian materi dan informasi yang diberikan pada pasien post operasi melalui discharged planning,namun hal ini tidak mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan pasien terhadap pelayanan perawat

Absctract: Increased postoperative problems after the patient's discharged is closely related to the weak discharged planning process. Incidence of infections, immobilization, and postoperative pain can be prevented by providing discharged planning to suit the needs of treatment. The implementation of discharged planning is often found unstructured and ignores the suitability of the learning delivered with the actual information needed by the patient. The purpose of this study is to identify the suitability between the discharge planning  material provided with the patient's needed information and its relationship to the patient's level of trust. The research method in this study was a correlational descriftive with a cross sectional research, data collection through questionnaires to research samples of 32 people, analysis of the kuntitular data by calculating the percentage and searching for inter-variable relationships using statistical tests of Kolmogorof Smirnov. The results of the study gained high conformity in the learning materials discharged planning in patients post operations as much as 78%, the level of patient confidence in the nurse obtained most of the trust is at 62.5%. There is no significant link between the conformity of discharged planning materials and the level of patient confidence with the value of Asym. Sig. (2-tailed) 1.000. The conclusion is that there is conformity of material and information provided in post-operative patients through discharged planning, but it does not affect the level of patient confidence in the care of Nurses
