Faktor-Faktor yang Berhubungan dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Remaja Putri yang Mengalami Menarche di SMPN 1 Sawa

Abstract

Absctract Background: The results of the 2014 RISKESDAS show that based on the reports of respondents who have experienced menstruation, the average age of menarche in Indonesia is 13 years old with an early age at less than 9 years. Factors affecting the first anxietyA young age can make young women experience anxiety because they are not ready for the changes that will occur, secondly knowledge, knowledge becomes a factor for anxiety because when experiencing menarche, the higher one's knowledge will affect the thinking process. Third, pera parents, here the role of parents is very much needed because parents have an important role to provide information to children so that when menarhe occurs the child does not experience anxiety. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the factors related to the anxiety of young women experiencing menarche at SMPN 1 Sawa. Method This type of research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 66 students with a sample size of 40 students of SMPN 1 Sawa, drawn using the cluster sampling method with a sample size of 40 students, the data were analyzed using the Kendal Tau test. Results: The results of this study indicate that the p-value is age (P = 0.010), knowledge value (P = 0.684) and the value of the role of parents (P = 0.140). The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between age and anxiety levels of young women who experience menarche at SMPN 1 Sawa, there is no relationship between knowledge and anxiety levels of girls who experience menarche at SMPN 1 Sawa, and there is no relationship between the role of parents and adolescent anxiety levels. a daughter who experienced menarche at SMP 1 Sawa.
