Abstract

Elementary school children represent groups who oppose the problem of malnutrition. Type of research was true experimental with completely randomized design. Panelist for the research were used 63 children determination by proportionate stratified random sampling. Data was analyzed by oneway Anova test (p  >0,05). The result of product acceptance test was the most preferred panelist is cookies for color R0 (92%) with attractive category; flavor R0 (93,6%) with good category, texture R0 (76,2%) with crunchy category; smell R0 (77,8%) with like category. The result of ANOVA test was no significant differences for acceptance tuna fish cookies with addition moringa leaves in color (p=0.10), flavour(p=0.07), textur (p=0.60) and smell (p=0.88). Conclusion for the research was no signficant differences to charateristic color, flavour, textur and smell for acceptance tuna fish cookies with addition moringa leaves.
